30Gx

30Gx by Asia International Enterprise (AIE) is a high rigidity, high temperature resistant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) grade, reinforced with glass fiber. The glass fiber content ranges from 15% (30G3), 20% (30G4), 25% (30G5), 30% (30G6) and 40% (30G8). Exhibits good fatigue resistance, weather resistance, low water absorption rate, high dielectric ability and good electrical capacity. Shows excellent anti-creep ability under high impact and good chemical properties. Provides easy molding, excellent long-term durability, visual texture and green & environmental-protection. Can be ultrasonic welded and easily post-processed. 30Gx is used in household electrical appliances.
