LubriOne™ PKE Series

LubriOne™ PKE Series by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) consist of formaldehyde-free, internally lubricated polyketone (PK) thermoplastics. These provide good chemical resistance performance with improved wear resistance and low coefficient of friction properties. Offer a high-performing, cost-effective and more eco-conscious alternative to nylons (PA66 and PA6) and acetal. LubriOne™ PKE Series exhibit improved processability, surface finish on parts, reduced carbon footprint, emit up to 61% less carbon dioxide than nylon and POM. Recommended for industrial, electronics and appliance markets like conveyor belts, gears, switches, pumps and spigots.
