Ultradur® B 4300 G4 LS High Speed BK15045

Ultradur® B 4300 G4 LS High Speed BK15045 is a medium viscosity, laser markable, semi-crystalline, saturated, thermoplastic polyester derived from polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) reinforced with 20 % glass fiber. Exhibits high flow, fast cycling, low warpage, toughness, high rigidity & strength, good dimensional stability under heat, good impact resistance, very high resistance to wear, thermostability, sliding friction properties, good insulation properties, good impact strength, low water absorption, good resistance to chemicals & weathering, and excellent heat ageing behavior. Can be processed using injection molding. It can be marked with a Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm). Recommended for windshield wiper arms, printed circuit boards, housing, consoles, contact carriers and covers.
