Borlink™ LE0592S

Borlink™ LE0592S by Borealis is an odorless, crosslinkable polyethylene (XLPE) copolymer. It offers excellent thermal stability, excellent surface finish, outstanding output rates and crosslinking at high surface temperature which allows for high line speed. It is designed for processing by cable extrusion method. It shows excellent distribution of carbon black and additives which offers smooth semi-conductive screen. It is recommended for semi-conductive applications in XLPE high voltage (HV) cables rated up to 230 kV. Borlink™ LE0592S is used as conductor and insulation screen for bonded cable and strippable cable constructions. It complies with EC Regulation 1907/2006, WEEE, RoHS and REACH.
