Borlink™ LE0595

Borlink™ LE0595 by by Borealis is an odorless, crosslinkable polyethylene (XLPE) compound. It contains excellent distribution of carbon black and additives which offers smooth semi-conductive screen. It offers excellent thermal stability, excellent surface finish and outstanding output rates. It shows crosslinking at high surface temperature, allowing for high line speed. It is designed for processing by extrusion method. Borlink™ LE0595 is recommended for semi-conductive screen of XLPE medium and high voltage (MV & HV) AC cables with rated voltages up to 161 kV (Um = 170 kV). It is used conductor and insulation screen for bonded cable constructions and as conductor screen for strippable cable constructions. It complies with EC Regulation 1907/2006, WEEE, REACH and RoHS.
