ME212U is a high flow, high heat stabilized polypropylene grade by Borealis, reinforced with 20% mineral. Exhibits low gloss, low shrinkage, high aesthetic appearance, faster cycle time & productivity and optimal stiffness/toughness. Shows non-fogging, excellent dimensional stability, processability, non-stickiness, absence of flow marks (tiger stripe-free) and broad processing window. Provides impact-, heat-, light-, chemical- and high scratch resistance. Possesses lower carbon & water footprint, sound damping behaviour and low discoloration. ME212U is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive climate control parts & interior trims and technical & functional parts of small appliances (vacuum cleaners, coffee makers, ventilators, hair dryers, microwave ovens, water kettles, steam irons, toasters, rice-cookers, tea-makers and water heaters). UL listed.
