GF4950

GF4950 by Braskem is a translucent/ white, high density polyethylene copolymer grade. Does not contain the substance Bisphenol A (BPA, CAS # No. 80-05-7) in its composition. Insoluble in water while soluble in xylene. Offers well balanced properties between impact & stiffness, combined with high environmental stress cracking resistance and processability. Suitable for bottles for cleaning products, food packing, surface-active agents, cosmetics & lubricants and blends for irrigation pipes. GF4950 by Braskem meets the requirements for olefin polymers as defined in 21 CFR, section 177.1520 issued by FDA-Food and Drug Administration in force on the date of publication of this specification. The additives present are covered in appropriate regulation by FDA.
