GM5340PRK

GM5340PRK by Braskem is a high density polyethylene grade available as yellow, orange, blue and black solid. Does not contain the substance Bisphenol A (BPA, CAS # No. 80-05-7) in its composition. Insoluble in water while soluble in xylene. Produced with bimodal technology and shows mechanical properties and resistance to stress cracking. Contains carbon black pigment that protects it against ultraviolet radiation action and photodegradation. The type and amount of carbon black used assure high UV absorption coefficient. It is also specially additivated to prevent copper catalytic oxidation. It can be processed using extrusion. GM5340PRK by Braskem is suitable for jacketing for wires & optic fiber metallic cables, insulation of copper wires & cables, self-propelled irrigation pipes, localized irrigation pipes and ducts for mining.
