LL218

LL218 by Braskem is a translucent/ white, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) grade. Contains antioxidant additives. Does not contain the substance Bisphenol A (BPA, CAS # No. 80-05-7) in its composition. Insoluble in water while soluble in xylene. Films obtained with this product show a good processing performance balanced with good optical & mechanical properties as well as processability and very low gel amount. It can be processed using cast film extrusion. Suitable for stretch films, liners, LDPE (low density polyethylene) & HDPE (high density polyethylene) blends and packages for general use. LL218 by Braskem meets the requirements for olefin polymers as defined in 21 CFR, section 177.1520 issued by FDA-Food and Drug Administration in force on the date of publication of this specification. The additives present are covered in appropriate regulation by FDA.
