LL5400S

LL5400S by Braskem is a translucent/ white linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) grade. Contains antioxidant additives. Does not contain the substance Bisphenol A (BPA, CAS # No. 80-05-7) in its composition. Insoluble in water while soluble in xylene. Films obtained with this product show a good processing performance balanced with good optical & mechanical properties as well as sealability and very low gel amount. It can be processed using blown film extrusion. Suitable for liners, LDPE (low density polyethylene), HDPE (high density polyethylene) blends & blends for irrigation pipes and packages for general use. LL5400S by Braskem meets the requirements for olefin polymers as defined in 21 CFR, section 177.1520 issued by FDA-Food and Drug Administration in force on the date of publication of this specification. The additives present are covered in appropriate regulation by FDA.
