TN2006

TN2006 by Braskem is a translucent/ white,Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) (18%, w/w) copolymer grade. Does not contain the substance Bisphenol A (BPA, CAS # No. 80-05-7) in its composition. Insoluble in water. Exhibits good mechanical properties, high flexibility & toughness (even at low temperatures), excellent optical & heat selability properties and good water vapor barrier. It can be processed using film extrusion, co-extrusion and lamination. Suitable for heat seal layer food packaging, hood stretch films, base polymer for agricultural films and geomembranes. TN2006 by Braskem meets the requirements for “Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymers”, as defined in 21 CFR, section 177.1350 issued by FDA-Food and Drugs Administration in force on the date of publication of this specification. The additives present are covered in appropriate regulation by FDA.
