Celanex® 2016 EC4127 Gray

Celanex® 2016 EC4127 Gray by Celanese is an unreinforced, non-exuding, flame retarded, semi-crystalline polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). It contains release agent. It exhibits an excellent balance of mechanical properties & processability, high strength, rigidity and toughness. It can be processed using injection molding.

• It offers low creep even at high temperatures, rapid crystallization, fast cycle time, and paint-ability.
• Provides excellent dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, powerful insulation resistance, along with resistance to a wide range of chemicals, solvents, oils and greases.
• Recommended for electrical connectors which require UL approved 50% regrind use capability.
• Other applications of Celanex® 2016 EC4127 Gray include automotive interior & exterior, water transfer systems, consumer products, appliances, specialty fabrics and filaments.
• It is UL & CSA approved V-0 at 1/32 inch and 5V at 1/8 inch.
