Celcon® LW90-F2 CD3068 BLACK is a nominal flow, polyacetal copolymer (POM) resin filled with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filler. Provides excellent hardness & rigidity, thermal-oxidative stability, excellent resilience, low moisture absorption and excellent slip properties. Exhibits excellent warp-, weather-, long term fatigue-, chemical-, creep-, moisture- and stress crack resistance. Offers good processability, colorability, low friction and good electrical & dielectric properties. It can be processed injection molding. Is suitable for wear resistant applications for plastic, metal, glass or ceramic mating surfaces where silicone lubricants can not be used. Complies with RoHS regulations.
