CELCON® M90SW CF3001 NATURAL is a low wear, polyacetal copolymer (POM) resin. Is a noise damping grade providing excellent hardness & rigidity, thermal-oxidative stability, excellent resilience, low moisture absorption and excellent slip properties. Exhibits excellent weather-, long term fatigue-, chemical-, creep-, moisture- and stress cracking resistance. Offers good processability, colorability, low friction and good electrical & dielectric properties. It can be processed by injection molding. Is suitable for gears and low load-high velocity applications where silicone or PTFE based wear resistant products are not acceptable. Complies with PFOS & PFOA, and RoHS regulations.
