Celcon® UV270Z CG33898 BLUE

Celcon® UV270Z CG33898 BLUE is a crystalline, UV resistant polyacetal copolymer (POM) resin. Is specially stabilized to prevent discoloration and deterioration of mechanical properties from UV light exposure. Provides nominal melt flow rate, hardness, rigidity, thermal-oxidative stability, excellent resilience, low moisture absorption and excellent slip properties. Exhibits excellent weather-, wear-, chemical (fuels, solvents, strong alkalis)-, creep-, long term fatigue-, moisture- and stress crack resistance. Offers good processability, easy colorability, low friction and good electrical & dielectric properties. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in speaker grills and other interior automotive parts. Complies with RoHS, PFOS and PFOA regulations.
