Crastin® ST820 BK503 is an unreinforced, super tough polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin by DuPont. Possesses good mechanical and physical properties such as stiffness, excellent surface finishes and good colorability. Provides heat-, friction-, chemical-, heat aging- and wear resistance. Exhibits good melt stability and excellent electrical insulation characteristics. Good melt stability enables the recycling of properly handled production waste. Can be processed using injection molding, and profile-, sheet- & other extrusion. Applications include electronics, electrical, automotive and mechanical engineering. Crastin® ST820 BK503 is also used for chemical, domestic appliances and sporting goods industry.
