Hostaform® M90™ XAP® UV 30/5022 by Celanese is a very hard and rigid, heavy-metal free, low emission version, medium viscosity POM (polyoxymethylene) copolymer grade. Exhibits outstanding chemical (solvents, aggressive fuel blends & strong alkalis)-, hydrolysis-, fatigue-, creep-, moisture- and stress cracking resistance. Also exhibits toughness (up to -40°C), good heat distortion temperature (up to 100°C), very good slip/ wear properties, excellent resilience, low moisture absorption and higher stability to thermal and oxidative degradation compared to acetal homopolymers.
  • Also shows easy colorization.
  • Hostaform® M90™ XAP® UV 30/5022 can be processed by injection molding.
  • Provides optimum performance in general purpose injection molding and excellent performance in many applications.
  • Primarily suitable for the interior automotive market.
