Hostaform® MR130ACS NATURAL

Hostaform® MR130ACS NATURAL by Celanese is a general-purpose POM (polyoxymethylene) copolymer grade with increased acid stabilization that is extremely hard and stiff, heavy metal free. It has exceptional resistance to hydrolysis, fatigue, creep, moisture, and stress cracking as well as chemical attacks from solvents, harsh fuel mixes, and strong alkalis. Additionally, compared to acetal homopolymers, it has higher stability to thermal and oxidative degradation and exhibits toughness (up to -40°C), good heat distortion temperature (up to 100°C). It has very good slip/wear properties, excellent resilience and low moisture absorption following brief exposure to acidic cleansers, exhibits enhanced performance over conventional acetals. It also demonstrates simple colorization. Hostaform® MR130ACS NATURAL is suitable for processing by injection molding method.
