Zytel® HTNFR52G30NH NC010 by Celanese is a halogen-free, flame-retarded, high performance polyphthalamide (PPA) resin reinforced with 30% glass. It is a colorable grade and contains lubricants and release agent. Exhibits very high flow performance, dimensional stability, good processability, low moisture absorption and low dielectric constant. It can handle processing requirements of overmolding metal. Zytel® HTNFR52G30NH NC010 allows customers to inject materials at lower temperatures, which creates less mold deposit. It improves productivity by reducing cycle time, increasing uptime and minimizing maintenance costs. Zytel® HTNFR52G30NH NC010 is suitable for making precise reversible-plug USB type-C 3.1 connectors which can replace Type-A and Type-B connectors in all devices, including desktops, laptops and mobile phones.
