Zytel® MT409AHS BK010 by Celanese is a medium toughened, high performance, heat stabilized polyamide 66 resin. It is a cost-effective, high-performance nylon resin. It exhibits good stiffness, improved knit line strength, surface appearance, outstanding processability, high mechanical strength, balanced stiffness & toughness, durability, high temperature performance, heat-resistance, electrical property, insulation, flammability, dimensional stability, good moldability, abrasion resistance, humidity resistance and chemical resistance. It possesses the ability to be colored. Enables recycling of properly handled production waste due to its good melt stability. It can be processed using injection molding and profile extrusion. It is suitable for protecting sensitive electronic components.
