Polisen PA66 gf30 by ChangZhou Polisen Plastics Technology is a halogen-free, flame retardant, polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade. It is reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Exhibits high mechanical strength, modulus, abrasion resistance, dimension stability and long-term work at higher temperatures. Designed for processing by twin-screw extrusion blending. Typical applications include electronic appliances, automobile, chemical machinery, textile equipment, transportation, power tool housings, connectors, switches and auto lamp shell. Used in engine cooling fans, bearings protect the frame, wheel, doorhandle, cord, industrial fabrics, nylon rope, belt, tents, fishing nets and as a parachute on defense & other military fabric. Polisen PA66 gf30 complies with UL-94 V0 flame ratings.
