Teflon™ PFA 450HP LM by Chemours is a perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) fluoroplastic premium resin designed to meet ultra-high purity requirements. It contains lowest level of extractables. Possesses high melt strength & toughness, low coefficient of friction, exceptional dielectric & non-stick properties and thermal stability. Exhibits low moisture absorption, good flexibility, low melt flow rate and low flammability. Provides good heat-, stress cracking and weather resistance. Teflon™ PFA 450HP LM can be processed by melt extrusion, injection, compression, transfer and blow molding. Used in low metal applications such as tubing, valves and fittings in semiconductor manufacturing & pipe linings for ultra-pure chemicals and fluid handling components. Meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2010/15 PFOA regulations.
