Teflon™ PTFE 640XT X is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer grade by Chemours. Used in tubing, wire and cable insulation and additives. Possesses good toughness, dielectric, non aging & non-stick properties and low density. Exhibits chemical inertness, good flexibility, low friction and moisture absorption. Offers high temperature-, corrosion and weather resistance. Teflon™ PTFE 640XT X is stable with frequency and temperature. It can be processsed by paste extrusion using liquid processing aid like naphtha. Meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2010/15 PFOA regulations.
