LTP ZC-1180

LTP ZC-1180 by Chengdu Letian Plastics is a low density, high temperature, high performance, highly linear polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) grade. It exhibits high strength and good mechanical robustness (above 75% under 200°C). It offers outstanding resistance to elevated temperatures, super excellent resistance to boiling water & solvents such as alcohol, gasoline, diesel oil, engine oil and benzene. It is recommended for aerospace, petrochemical industry, automotive applications including water pump, oil pump rotor, flame lighter, rear-view mirror, oil basin, fuel pipe, fan paddle, blast pipe, muffler, cell case, pedal, seat frame, cover sheet, fender guard and hand grip. It is also used in machines such as water pump, oil pump, liquefied gas pump, valve, pipe fitting, printing and dyeing machine, paper manufacture machine, rolling stock, train, machine for food and medical treatment. LTP ZC-1180 is suitable for household appliances including structure and parts for center air conditioning, cooker, microwave oven, electromagnetic oven, electric water heater, shower nozzle, electric hair dryer, insulated canteen and electric dry oven.
