PVdF

PVdF is an anti-ultraviolet and anti-radiation polyvinylidene fluoride crystal polymer by ChenGuang Research Institute of Chemical Industry. Exhibits low melting point, poor heat conductivity, high mechanical properties, good electric insulation and high dielectric constant. Shows low processing temperature, good melting flow, easy processability and easy machinability. Provides good wear-, high temperature- and weather resistance. Designed to make pipes, plates, rods, films and fibers. Used as good anti-corrosion material in chemical industry, especially in the circumstances of acid, organic solvents, halogens and their mixtures. Widely used as insulation material in electronic-, electric-, computer- and air/space industry to make cable sheathing, coating layer and condenser films.
