Marlex® 9708 Polyethylene by Chevron Phillips Chemical is a high density polyethylene homopolymer. It is processed by injection molding. This grade exhibits moderate flow, good impact strength, excellent stiffness and durability. It is used in crates, tote boxes and structural foam. Marlex® 9708 Polyethylene meets ASTM D4976-PE 243 and FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 3.2a, use conditions B through H per 21 CFR 176.170(c) requirements.
