COOLMAGPLAST PA20

COOLMAGPLAST PA20 by Coolmag Thermo Conductive is a thermally conductive, electrically non-conductive, polyamide 6 (PA 6) thermoplastic grade. It is lightweight, net-shape moldable and allows design freedom in applications previously restricted to metals and ceramics. COOLMAGPLAST PA20 is specially designed for power transformers, semiconductors, automotive and high reliability power electronics, on-board chargers (OBC), inverters and DC/DC converters in electric vehicles. It provides thermal diffusivity, flame retardation, excellent thermal shock, and water-, corrosion- and aging resistance. It offers safety, reliability, efficient heating, cooling and flexibility in material choice. It is processed by injection molding. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
