Bayblend® FR630 GR

Bayblend® FR630 GR by Covestro is a flame-retardant polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin blend with 30% post-consumer recyclate. It is processed by injection molding and is suitable as a supporting material for energized parts. It exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy & stability, excellent creep resistance, high heat resistance, low emissions, and low moisture absorption.

It possesses good paintability and flowability.
It provides high stiffness, easy processing, and high toughness even at cold temperatures.
It is recommended for electronics, IT & communication, automotive & transportation applications, lawn & gardening equipment (riding mowers, hammer drills) and electrical application (connectors, cable ducts, other electro-technology products).
It complies with UL 94 V-0 and 5VA flame rating.
Bayblend® FR630 GR meets with Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT) criteria.
