Bayblend® W85 XF

Bayblend® W85 XF by Covestro is a polycarbonate & acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (PC+ASA) blend. Exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy & stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption, improved weather resistance, optimized heat ageing stability, excellent low temperature ductility and high heat resistance.
  • Possesses good paintability and flowability.
  • Provides low emission, high stiffness, easy processing and high toughness even at cold temperatures.
  • Processed by injection molding and is recommended for automotive & transportation applications, lawn & gardening equipment (riding mowers, hammer drills) and electrical application (connectors, cable ducts, other electro-technology products).
  • Bayblend® W85 XF complies with UL 94 HB flame rating.
