Makroblend® EC150 by Covestro is an ultra-tough, non-halogenated, flame retardant, semi-crystalline polycarbonate and polyester blend. It exhibits good flow, good chemical resistance to many lubricants, solvents & cleaning agents, good physical & environmental properties, good paintability, low moisture absorption and reduced susceptibility to stress cracking. Makroblend® EC150 can be processed using injection molding. Applications include medical devices housings.
