Makrolon® 2605

Makrolon® 2605 by Covestro is a general purpose, medium viscosity polycarbonate (PC) grade. It exhibits easy release, high heat resistance, good toughness, good dimensional stability, high creep modulus and good electrical insulation properties.

Products made from the grade provides durability, efficient reusability and energy and CO₂ emission savings.
Provides deep, black gloss effect and a glass-like, scratch-proof surface, making the glass surface appear larger, while hiding the bodywork structure.
Is suitable for processing by injection molding.
Makrolon® 2605 is used in electrical & electronic and in automotive applications like panoramic tilt roof.
