Makrolon® ET UV540

Makrolon® ET UV540 by Covestro is a high viscosity polycarbonate (PC) grade. It is an UV stabilized grade and exhibits easy release, high heat resistance, very low plate-out, good toughness and dimensional stability. Offers high creep modulus and good electrical insulation. Provides good durability, efficient reusability, energy and carbon dioxide emission savings. Suitable for processing by solid- & multi wall sheet, profiles and co-extrusion. Makrolon® ET UV540 is used for safety goggles, ophthalmic lenses, large-volume water bottles, construction and home appliances. Also used for automotive, security and protection applications.
