Makrolon® GF8002

Makrolon® GF8002 by Covestro is a medium viscosity polycarbonate (PC) grade reinforced with 15% glass fiber. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Exhibits easy release, high heat resistance, good toughness, good dimensional stability, high creep modulus and good electrical insulation properties. Products made from the grade provides durability, efficient reusability and energy and CO2 emission savings. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Makrolon® GF8002 can be used for safety goggles, ophthalmic lenses and large-volume water bottles, construction, home appliances, automotive or security & protection applications.
