Makrolon® RX3440 RE by Covestro is a partially bio-circular, high viscosity polycarbonate (PC) grade. It offers high lipid-, chemical- and oncology drug resistance. It is processed by injection molding. It is biocompatible according to many ISO 10993-1 test requirements. It is suitable for sterilization with high-energy radiation.

It is used in transparent parts for medical devices.
Makrolon® RX3440 RE is ISCC PLUS certified.
