Makrolon® SF805

Makrolon® SF805 by Covestro is flame retardant polycarbonate (PC) grade reinforced with 5% glass fiber. Exhibits easy release, high heat resistance, good toughness, good dimensional stability, high creep modulus and good electrical insulation properties. Products made from the grade provides durability, efficient reusability and energy and CO2 emission savings. In combination with an appropriate blowing agent, is recommended for the production of structural foam moldings. Makrolon® SF805 is used in electrical and electronic applications.
