SURLYN™ 1652SR Ionomer

SURLYN™ 1652SR Ionomer by Dow is a cost-effective zinc ionomer. It offers outstanding clarity, toughness, abrasion-, high flex crack resistance and ability to downgauge. It contains slip and chill roll release additives.
  • It is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion coating, blown film-, cast film-, sheet extrusion and coextrusion.
  • It is used for meat-, liquid- and pet food packaging, medical device forming webs, crystal clear fragrance caps, pouches, sachets, and other high-performance films.
  • SURLYN™ 1652SR Ionomer complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1330 (a), TSCA, GB 4806.1-2016, EN 71-3, EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE) and conforms to CONEG, EU 94/62/EC.
