Bionate® II PCU 55D

Bionate® II PCU 55D by Envalior is a thermoplastic polycarbonate-urethane. It is recommended for long-term implants. It offers toughness, inherent bio-stability, enhanced performance, improved oxidative stability and abrasion resistance. It provides reduced polymer self-adhesion and improved mold release. It can be customizable with SAME® technology by utilizing durable self-assembling monolayer end groups. It is suitable for pacemaker leads, ventricular assist devices, catheters, hip & knee joints, dynamic spinal fixation systems, spinal discs and neurostimulation devices.
