Stanyl® 46HF5040

Stanyl® 46HF5040 by DSM is a high-performance, heat stabilized polyamide 4-6 (PA 4-6) grade reinforced with 40% glass fiber. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It provides unmatched performance, high flowability, superior heat- & chemical resistance, design stiffness, wear & friction and process flow qualities. It is an electro-friendly & flame-retarded high heat polyamide with an unmatched high flow that offers an excellent combination of flame-retardancy and mechanical properties. It is often used in thin-walled and multi-cavity connectors such as DDR-connectors. It allows for cost effective solutions due to very low warpage levels. Stanyl® 46HF5040 is designed for automotive, gears, electronics & electrical, outdoor power equipment, battery-, FPC, WtB- and BtB connectors.
