Delrin® 311DP NC010

Delrin® 311DP NC010 is a medium-high viscosity acetal homopolymer with enhanced crystallization for faster cycle times. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. It provides excellent creep resistance, high mechanical strength, rigidity, excellent fatigue resistance, rigidity as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals. Also gives excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics. Delrin® 311DP NC010 has improved thermal stability, low warpage and fewer voids. Processed by injection molding, profile and sheet extrusion. Recommended for automotive, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries.
