Delrin® 520MP NC010

Delrin® 520MP NC010 is a medium-viscosity acetal homopolymer with 20% Teflon® PTFE micropowder lubricant. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. It provides high mechanical strength, excellent fatigue resistance, rigidity, impact resistance as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals. Also gives excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics. Delrin® 520MP NC010 is designed for the application requiring low wear and friction against steel, itself or plastic. Processed by injection molding. Recommended for automotive, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries.
