Delrin® FG500TL NC010

Delrin® FG500TL NC010 by DuPont is a medium-viscosity acetal homopolymer containing 1.5% Teflon® PTFE micropowder. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. Designed for applications requiring reduced wear and friction against steel, itself or other plastics. Delrin® FG500TL NC010 provides high mechanical strength, excellent fatigue resistance, rigidity as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals. Also gives excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics. Processed by injection molding. Recommended for automotive, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries. Approved for food contact.
