Zytel® 80G25HS BK117 by Celanese is a 25% glass-fiber reinforced, toughened, heat stabilized, black polyamide 66 resin. It is a cost-effective, high-performance, easy to process nylon resin. Exhibits high mechanical strength, balanced stiffness & toughness, durability, high temperature performance, heat-resistance, electrical property, insulation, flammability, dimensional stability, good moldability, abrasion resistance, humidity resistance and chemical resistance. Possesses the ability to be colored. Enables recycling of properly handled production waste due to its good melt stability. It can be processed using injection molding. Zytel® 80G25HS BK117 is suitable for protecting sensitive electronic components. Main application includes automotive, furniture, domestic appliances, sporting goods and construction industry.
