Zytel® HTNFR52G20NH NC010

Zytel® HTNFR52G20NH NC010 by Celanese is a high-performance, readily colorable, non-halogenated, flame retardant PPA resin reinforced with 20% glass. Contains lubricants and release agent. It exhibits very high flow performance, dimensional stability and low dielectric constant. Also exhibits lower moisture absorption than other high performance polyamides. Offers processing advantages compared with other PPA resins. It can handle processing requirements of overmolding metal. Zytel® HTNFR52G20NH NC010 allows customers to inject materials at lower temperatures, which creates less mold deposit. Helps improve productivity by reducing cycle time, increasing uptime and minimizing maintenance costs. Suitable for making precise reversible-plug USB type-C 3.1 connectors which can replace Type-A and Type-B connectors in all devices, including desktops, laptops and mobile phones.
