Grivory® GCL-3H anthracite

Grivory® GCL-3H anthracite is an anti-static, partially aromatic polyamide 66/6 (PA 66 + 6) grade reinforced with 30% long carbon fibers (aligned parallel, as long as the pellets ~10 mm). Is based on a combination of a heat stabilized and semi-crystalline polyamide. Exhibits very high stiffness and strength over a wide range of temperature, excellent notched impact resistance even at low temperature and low creep resistance. Possesses good dimensional stability, low warpage, low coefficient of thermal expansion, very low density, low moisture absorption and high heat distortion temperature. Is suitable for processing by injection molding of technical parts especially in the area of light weight metal and composite replacement. Used in automotive applications like fuel systems, interior & exterior, cooling and climate control, powertrain and chassis, electrical appliances and equipment, connectors, hydraulics & pneumatics, power transmission, engineering tools and sports & leisure. Complies with EU FDA, REACH, RoHS and WEEE.
