Grilamid® 2SV-30H Natural

Grilamid® 2SV-30H Natural is an impact modified and light stabilized polyamide 6-10 (PA 6-10) grade. Is produced by poly-condensation of hexamethylene diamine (obtained from crude oil) and sebacic acid (obtained from the renewable bio raw material castor oil). Is based on 62% of renewable raw materials. Possesses easy processability, low density, high chemical-, high heat-, UV-, and weathering resistance. Provides low water absorption and good dimensional stability compared to PA6 or PA66. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive applications like air intake-, compressed air-, hydraulic- and fuel systems, interiors & exterior, cooling and climate control, powertrain and chassis, electronic & electrical applications, lighting, connectors, mobile phones and other portable devices, in housewares & consumer good applications like hydraulics & pneumatics, power transmission, sports & leisure, and engineering tools. Complies with REACH, RoHS and WEEE.
