Grilamid® L 25 Natural 6112

Grilamid® L 25 Natural 6112 is a high viscosity polyamide 12 (PA 12) grade. Is formed by the polymerisation of laurolactam (lactam 12, obtained from the basic raw material butadiene), a ring-shaped, long-chain monomer with 12 carbon atoms. Exhibits low water absorption, excellent dimensional stability, high resistance to chemicals, hydrolysis, UV and weathering. Possesses lowest density among all polyamides, good impact strength down to -40°C and easy processability. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. Used in automotive compressed air systems and tubes, hydraulics & pneumatics and in packaging applications like non-oriented film. Meets the requirements of DIN 73378, Type PA 12-H. Complies with REACH, RoHS and WEEE.
