Grilamid® XE 3817 Black 9992 is a medium viscosity, heat stabilized polyamide 12 (PA-12) grade. Provides resistance towards chemicals, heat, oil, abrasion and termites along with a good surface finish. Is especially suitable for the coating of metal tubes. Can be easily processed and is suitable for processing by extrusion. Used in automotive applications like hydraulic and fuel systems, sheathing applications like cable and plastic tubes. It complies with WEEE, RoHS and REACH.
