TECAFORM® AD Black by Ensinger is a semi-crystalline, easily polishable polyoxymethylene homopolymer (POM-H) grade. Exhibits high strength, good slide & wear properties, good machinability and good chemical resistance. Shows high density & hardness, high mechanical strength & rigidity, low moisture absorption, good dimensional stability, good impact strength even at low temperatures, very good kinetic friction properties, good creep resistance, hydrolysis resistance (up to ~60 °C), very good resilience and good fatigue strength. TECAFORM® AD Black is applicable for mechanical engineering, conveyor technology, fixture construction, precision engineering, automotive industry and electrical engineering.
