TECAFORM® AH GF25 Natural by Ensinger is a semi-crystalline, electrically insulating polyoxymethylene copolymer (POM-C) grade reinforced with 25 % glass fiber. Exhibits high strength, good wear properties, very high stiffness & rigidity, resistance to hot water & bases, and good chemical resistance. Shows high mechanical strength, high hardness, low moisture absorption, very high dimensional stability, high impact strength, good machinability, high creep strength, high abrasion & thermal resistance, hydrolysis resistance (up to ~60 °C), very good resilience and good fatigue strength. Suitable for use in parts which are exposed to high static loads over long periods in high temperature conditions. TECAFORM® AH GF25 Natural is applicable for conveyor technology, mechanical engineering, automotive industry, precision engineering, electrical engineering and home appliances.
