TECAPEEK® CMF

TECAPEEK® CMF is a high performance (polyetheretherketone) grade reinforced with ceramic fillers. It is made from Victrex® PEEK™ polymer. Exhibits surface hardness, low thermal expansion, very good thermal stability and excellent machinability with low burr formation. Does not absorb moisture, allowing for accurate and precise dimensions of even the smallest geometries without any necessity of secondary de-burring operations. Stable over a range of temperatures while maintaining good mechanical strength, stiffness and minimized downtime. Shows minimal CLTE resulting in good dimensional stability. It is tough enough to prevent material cracks even with minimal wall thicknesses. Applications include semiconductor technology, electrical engineering, precision engineering and vacuum technology.
